GEMMS
ENTERS STRATEGIC ALLIANCE WITH Prizm Technologies
INDIANAPOLIS
(March 7, 2003) – Gateway Electronic Medical Management
Systems (GEMMS), developer of the nation’s first fully integrated,
cardiology-specific electronic clinical information system (ECIS),
announced a strategic alliance with Prizm Technologies, a leading
supplier of information support services.
The
alliance combines Prizm Technologies unique process centered approach
with the GEMMS ECIS system. Through the alliance, GEMMS will expand
its services and support for information technology (IT) services
allowing GEMMS to provide true turn key systems along with complete
IT service support.

relationship with Prizm allows GEMMS to provide complete IT solutions
to our customers from asset procurement, IT management, helpdesk
support and installation services for both onsite and remote systems,”
explained Rodger P. Pinto, Ph.D., GEMMS chief executive officer.

GEMMS will begin implementing its the new IT service and support
over the next 120 days.
Prizm
Technologies
Prizm began as the brainchild of our president, Don Pettingill,
and was incorporated in January of 1995. Prizm began as a value-added
reseller of network administrator and help desk services. As their
client base grew, Prizm realized the difference between success
