*Restrictions |
*While GEMMS makes every effort to ensure these models are current the manufactures change model numbers and specifications. These changes are out of our control and can affect the cost of the solution that GEMMS proposes. Therefore the equipment requirements can change during the proposal process. *GEMMS makes these recommendations to ensure a specific level of performance and it is the customer’s responsibility to notify GEMMS in the event that any of the customers supplied equipment fails to meet these specifications prior to the GEMMS install teams coming onsite. * GEMMS requires that the customers supplied equipment to be up to current Operating System Service Pack levels and all hot fixes need to be installed prior to GEMMS being onsite. This will ensure that the GEMMS IT install team can concentrate on installing the GEMMS equipment and software. Failure to meet these requirements can cause the customer to incur additional cost. |
